Apolaustic Living is the exploration of our journey. To our goal of intentionally living a life that is full of joy. To “spark a life apolaustic!”

For everyone this journey is different. Our goal here is to open up about our life path… how we went from working 60+ hours a week in jobs we didn’t feel passionate about to living our lives more intentionally devoted to the things that bring us joy: family & friends, travel, creative outlets, culinary experiences, outdoor recreation and volunteering… all while still keeping our dogs in kibble and us in decent wine (obviously!)
